Science Experiments!!

Next Monday, 4th and 5th class will be carrying out their Science experiments in their pairs for the rest of the class. They have been working hard over the past week and I cannot wait to learn lots about the various experiements they have been researching and practising..... I hope there are no explosions!!!! We'll let you know how we get on!!

Fun With Words!!

On Thursday, fourth and fifth class were having fun with words in their English lesson! They were looking at different 'Dingbats' on the interactive whiteboard and then they made some up themselves!! They had great fun guessing each other's dingbats and figuring out what words or phrases they were!

A dingbat is a picture puzzle. Each picture represents a word, phrase or name.

Geography Projects!

During the month of December, the children were working very hard at their Geography projects. The children were put into pairs and they had to research any country of their choice under some guidelines. I was delighted with the hard work and effort every child put into these projects and the end results were fantastic!!
